Hi, I'm Lily
I'll let my professional bio tell you about my degree, volunteer work, and qualifications.
This is the real version.
I'm a terrible salesperson.
Not because I don't love real estate—I absolutely do. Not because I don't believe in our market—I do. I believe there's a buyer for every property and a property for every buyer.
But I also believe not every property is right for every person.
That's why I'll usually tell you all the reasons not to buy a house before I tell you why you should.
I'd rather lose a sale than help someone make the wrong decision.
My job isn't to sell you real estate. My job is to help you build a life you love.
Three generations ago, my family put down roots on the Central Coast, and I've spent my life between Northern San Luis Obispo County and Southern Monterey County. I'm a country girl at heart. Wet dirt and sweet rye grass smell like home. I love cool mornings, crisp air, birds singing before sunrise, and watching bees work their way through the garden.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll probably find me with a power tool in one hand and a YouTube tutorial in the other. I love remodels, construction projects, truck restorations, and figuring out how things work. We have animals, gardens, chickens, sourdough starter, and a never-ending list of projects around our property.
I don't just understand houses from a real estate perspective—I understand what it means to live in one, maintain one, improve one, and sometimes fix one when things don't go according to plan.
But more than anything, I love people.
I keep a call list. Every week I call the people I care about just to check in. When I get through the list, I start over. Sometimes I call someone I haven't talked to in years just to see how they're doing.
I believe genuine connection still matters.
I believe buying or selling a home is about more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. It's about family dinners, future memories, Saturday projects, holiday traditions, and building a life in a place that feels like home.
That's why I take my role seriously.
I meet people where they are, listen before I advise, and guide rather than pressure. I care about the real emotions tied to a transaction, not just the paperwork.
I love this community. I love the people in it. I love the ranches, neighborhoods, backroads, oak trees, hidden swimming holes, and mountain views that make this place special.
And I believe living well means loving the people, places, and spaces around us.
That's what real estate means to me.
Not transactions.
Home.
