Hi, I'm Lily.

I wasn't born on the Central Coast—I was raised by it.

Three generations ago, my family put down roots here, and those roots run deep. I grew up between Northern San Luis Obispo County and Southern Monterey County, surrounded by agriculture, small-town values, and the kind of community where people still wave when they pass each other on a country road.

I graduated from Templeton High School in 2017 and later earned my degree in Communication Studies from Cal Poly. But if I'm being honest, some of my most valuable education didn't happen in a classroom. It happened on job sites, in remodels, under sinks, on rooftops, and knee-deep in projects that taught me how homes are actually built and maintained.

Real estate wasn't something I stumbled into—it grew naturally from the things I already loved: homes, people, community, and helping others make informed decisions.

Today, I serve as a Trustee on a local school board, teach an after-school speech class, and volunteer with Senior Volunteer Services in Paso Robles. I care deeply about this community because it's home. It's where I've chosen to build my life, and it's where I plan to stay.

Now for the part that doesn't usually make it into a professional bio.

When I'm not helping clients, I'm probably covered in dirt, paint, sawdust, or all three.

I'm a self-proclaimed DIY girlie with a doctorate from YouTube University. I love rehabs, remodels, and figuring out how things work. My idea of a good weekend is tackling a project around the property, learning a new skill, or convincing myself that something can absolutely be fixed instead of replaced.

Our home isn't quite a homestead, but it's definitely homegrown. We have a dog, a cat, two goats, more chickens than I can count, and a growing collection of projects that somehow multiply overnight. We grow food, compost, can produce, bake sourdough, and spend a lot of time creating the kind of life that feels meaningful, even if it's a little messy.

That lifestyle has given me a perspective that many agents simply don't have.

When I walk through a property, I don't just see countertops and staging. I notice drainage, systems, functionality, and potential. I understand what it means to own a home beyond moving day. I know that wells break, septic systems need maintenance, projects take longer than expected, and every house comes with its own personality.

While I'll always encourage you to seek advice from licensed professionals, I understand the realities of homeownership because I live them every day.

That's also why I approach real estate differently.

My job isn't to convince you to buy a house.

My job is to help you make the right decision.

Sometimes that means helping you find the perfect property. Sometimes it means pointing out concerns and telling you to keep looking. I would rather lose a sale than help someone buy the wrong home.

Trust is earned, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I believe in being honest, doing my homework, communicating clearly, and putting my clients' interests ahead of my own. Real estate is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions most people will ever make. You deserve an agent who treats it that way.

I also believe life should have balance.

Sundays belong to God, my family, good food, and football. I respect family time and try not to interrupt yours. When we work together, you'll know exactly how and when I'll communicate with you. I believe consistency beats chaos, and I work hard to keep the process organized, transparent, and as stress-free as possible.
