Come learn all the tips & tricks to being a Cookie Decorating aficionado this season with local cookie artist, Lauren Engler. We will be sipping wine and getting elbows deep into the Christmas spirit!

Join Thibido Wines and Open Air Flowers for a lovely winter Sunday afternoon and learn how to design and decorate your own holiday wreath. All supplies will be provided for this engaging and fun class led by Lisa of Open Air Flowers. Enjoy a wine tasting on Thibido wines led by owner, Gibsey Beckett while you create!

There are only 12 seats available for this event.

$95 Ticket Includes Wreath Design Class and All Supplies, Your Own Wreath to Take Home, and the Flight of Three Thibido Wines Lead by Owner Gibsey Beckett.

This unique event will give attendees an in-depth education on Sparkling Wine. Winemaker Molly Bohlman will lead a tasting seminar of four vintages of bubbles followed by a delectable, seasonally inspired brunch from Executive Chef Jacob Burrell.

Jespersen Ranch is a remarkable site that is well-suited for growing grapes for Sparkling Wine. We farm Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier – all three varieties also grown in Champagne – and have been making an estate sparkling cuvee each vintage since 2015. Winemaker Molly Bohlman has experimented with a variety of styles through the years and will dive into our library collection to select a few of her favorites to share. The tasting will culminate with a tasting of this year’s new release: the 2019 Brut Cuvee.

Executive Chef Jacob Burrell will prepare a flight of small, paired bites to accompany the seminar tasting. After, you’ll enjoy a family-style brunch paired with the 2019 Brut Cuvee. We’ll also have a variety of other still red and white Jespersen Ranch wines open to enjoy with your meal and new friends. $175 per person/ $150 Wine Club Members.

Winemaker Casey DiCesare runs this fun event which sells out every year. Learn how to pair wine with food but not just any food. Casey buys the junk food for this event then decides which wines to pair it with. Your job is to decide with your tablemates which wine goes with what junk food. Whatever table gets the best score wins! Prizes….. Guess what?!

Our Hilltop Barrel Room offers the perfect educational venue to become an advanced taster and wine aficionado. Our Sommelier will guide you through a lively, sensory experience that includes analysis, discussion and tasting of both red & white port style wines from CASS, Paso Robles, and beyond. By the end of the session, you too will see how discovering the nuances of wine can be simple and above all fun!

Let’s get together and celebrate the joy of the season. We will sing and sip along as we celebrate the Most Wonderful Time of the Year. Wine Club Members enjoy complimentary small bites and glass of wine. Non-members enjoy wine for purchase and complimentary small bites. Join us at the tasting room to celebrate the holidays with the release of our 2021 “Dans la Lune,” a Banyuls-style Grenache dessert wine. This 100% Grenache wine was hand-picked by a small group of family and friends from our favorite corner of the Grenache block of our vineyard. It was aged in barrel for 24 months and hand bottled in our winery at the beginning of fall 2023. This project has been a long time coming, and we are so excited to share it with you. Join us at the winery to sample “Dans la Lune” alongside a delicious spread of French-inspired desserts, and samples of a few other wines from our line up!

Greet the crisp morn­ing with your sun salu­ta­tions at Cas­toro Cel­lars! This all-lev­­el yoga class will get your blood flow­ing and will be held indoors.

This class will be taught by Cas­toro’s in-house yogi, Lau­ren Udsen. Lau­ren teach­es all over the cen­tral coast and has a diverse back­ground teach­ing a broad spec­trum of styles includ­ing Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and med­i­ta­tion classes.

Fol­low­ing the con­clu­sion of the class, a deli­cious brunch will be served.
